I did this in a brown tone as a tongue in cheek to the name of the governor of the state of Kansas when I did this in 2016. Those who do not like the governor of the state refer to the state now as Brownbackistan. This was the tongue-in-cheek I was playing off of. All humor aside, the Kansas Statehouse is one of the most beautiful capital buildings in the country in my opinion. Kansas is also not as "backwards" and "intolerant" as some make it out to be.
